Debate for Peace

We regularly hold briefings with embassies and diplomats to learn more about diplomacy, peacebuilding, and the history, culture, languages, and foreign relations of other countries. Debate for Peace students have met with diplomats from the embassies of Albania, Austria, Belgium, China, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, Ecuador, Ethiopia, the European Union, France, Georgia, Guatemala, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kosovo, Malta, Mexico, Morocco, the Netherlands, the Philippines, Romania, Russia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, United States and Uzbekistan, as well as the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Tel Aviv, EU, and US missions to the UN in NY and Vienna, the Cyprus missions to the UN in Geneva and NYC, The UK mission to the UN in NY, Kosovo Consulate General in NY, UN representatives on three continents from UNSCO, UNTSO, UNMIK, UNFICYP; UNOOSA; UNICEF, UNAOC, UNHCR, UNRIC, UNESCO, the International Commission of Inquiry on Ukraine, the European Parliament, the foreign minister of Kosovo, the foreign ministries of Austria, Kosovo, Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United States.
